Espresso Martini did not disappoint. Lavazza espresso was the undeniable star. Spiked with just a touch of cold brew liqueur, this ice cream is dangerous in the best way. It’s like dessert and a nightcap rolled into one. Aishia never skimps on quality—this is the third flavor I’ve ordered and I am never disappointed. Each one somehow tops the last. If you're into grown-up treats with serious flavor, this one’s a must.

Mexican Hot Cocoa was not at all what I was expecting and I mean that in the best way. Cooling and slightly spicy, this flavor was a fun experience from the first bite. The Mexican cinnamon and chili peppers were such a great combo. My wife and I added a scoop to our boozy hot cocoas and it was definitely a game changer. Who knew spicy gelato would be our new obsession? It’s got just the right kick to keep you coming back for another bite (or sip). Cozy, daring, and absolutely delicious.

Matcha Black Sesame Chip was great! It’s not too sweet, which I loved, and the flavor is so well balanced. You get that earthy matcha base with just the right amount of snappy texture from the dark chocolate and black sesame swirl. It feels sophisticated but still super satisfying. I used mine in a brownie sundae and, wow! It was the perfect pairing. Bold, toasty, a little grassy, a little bitter… it hits all the notes without trying too hard. Total sleeper hit!
